Ocean Visuals appoints Helen Aavisto as Chief Operating Officer

Ocean Visuals has appointed Helen Aavisto as Chief Operating Officer (COO) with immediate effect. She will be responsible for strengthening company operations and supporting the company’s international growth strategy.

Helen Aavisto brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience across business development, sales, and technology-driven ventures.

She began her career in telecom at Elisa Estonia, where she established and led the corporate sales department, building B2B services for enterprise clients. She later co-founded Wallester AS, an innovative fintech company launched in partnership with VISA, where she was responsible for operational setup, licensing, and compliance. In addition, she founded a clean-tech venture addressing marine pollution and environmental monitoring through autonomous systems.

With a proven track record in scaling startups, leading international sales operations, and managing cross-border partnerships, Aavisto brings broad expertise to Ocean Visuals’ leadership team. She holds an MBA in International Business Management (cum laude) from Tallinn University of Technology.
